You agree and understand that after you purchase our services, you will be billed by, and your credit card statement will reflect a charge from "SelectWebServices" By accepting these terms of service, I agree to hire Mike Alves of SelectWebServices.com / Marketing4Leads.com to create and manage and or manage, a Google or, Yahoo pay per click advertising campaign on my behalf. I also grant Mr. Alves access to my Google / Yahoo pay per click search marketing accounts.
Further more I agree to the initial "contract start up fee" of $499 dollars for these services and understand that the monthly "campaign management fee" of $125 dollars per month will be billed every 30 days on a 30 day reoccurring billing schedule.
I also understand that at no time will I give my credit card and or financial information to Mr. Alves. And, that it is my sole responsibility to input any credit information for "activation" of a Google or, Yahoo account, or any other services associated with SelectWebServices.com / Marketing4Leads.com and this contract.
Additionally, if for any reason I should want to, or desire to give my credit card or financial information to Mr. Alves, I must do so in written form via email and agree that this email is a written authorization to allow Mr. Alves to use my credit information to "activate" accounts or, purchase the initial contract described above or, additional services related to our initial contract.

I also agree to include a description in my "authorization email" of the services and prices that are being purchased on my behalf by Mr. Alves.

I also agree that if for any reason I should want to "pause" my advertising on Google or Yahoo I must do so in written form via email and request that the advertising campaign be "paused". I also understand that the reoccurring management fee of $125 dollars per month will continue during this "pause".

If for any reason I would want to "stop" my advertising campaign and no longer wish to have Mr. Alves manage my Google or Yahoo accounts I must do so in written from via email 30 days prior to the next management billing period.

Additionally, you expressly understand and agree that SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com shall not be Liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data or any other intangible losses. You also agree to hold harmless and indemnify SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com its’ directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any liability or damages, including reasonable attorneys fees, with respect to any claim, demand or cause of action, to the extent that such action is based upon a claim that: (i) relates to any of the products or services advertised relates to any order placed by you. the client and forwarded to SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com from any legal action or any arbitration resulting from losses and causes of action including but not limited to any services that SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com may perform on your behalf.

If Services are rendered on a subscription basis, SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com may automatically renew and charge Client’s account for subscription dues to continue Services. Any renewal fees will be equal to original subscription prices, unless SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com notifies client. Right of refusal. SelectWebServices.com / Marketing4Leads.com has the right to refuse services to anyone at its sole discretion for any reason without notice to client. Termination of services are at the sole descrition of SelectWebServices.com / Marketing4Leads.com. No refunds of subscription fees will be given. If payment cannot be charged to Client’s credit card,SelectWebServices.com / Marketing4Leads.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate Client’s account and access to Services. SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com reserves the right to terminate client's subscription at any time for any reason without notice to the client. Upon termination, Client will delete or destroy any and all information and materials obtained using services or from SelectWebServices / Marketing4Leads.com and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
